Koh Toa or turtle island is not the place to find very many high quality hotels. Koh Toa hotels can be very cheap Hotels when you are booking a room find out how far from the water the hotel is, generally the farther from the beach the cheaper the accommoadations also a bit more native.
One of the main industries is scuba diving they have dive shops everywhere even in Bangkok on Koh Shan rd.

Located in mae Had just outside of the main tourist area so close to all the local bars yet still is realitivly quiet at night basic accommadations for the budget travlers they prefer divers.
Porn Resort
ya gotta love the name, cool hillside bungaloes located in Chalok Baan Kao. You probbly want to rent a motorbike if you are staying here. Koh tao is not a large island but way to big to walk all of it.

Ban's Dive
Offers a huge hotel, cheap rooms if you do a PADI course. Has one of the nicer pools in Koh Tao located in central Sairee beach you will probbly want a motorbike at this resort as well.
